Soffia's solution, implemented by Alsea in Mexico and Colombia, is an integrated portal that transforms electronic invoicing management and automates processes related to payment control and tax compliance. This tool is essential for an operation as large as Alsea's, which handles a vast network of suppliers and a high number of daily transactions.

Soffia allows the automated reception and validation of CFDI's (Digital Tax Receipts via the Internet), significantly reducing human errors and the time spent verifying invoices. The system validates CFDI's against pre-established business and tax criteria, automatically notifying suppliers in case of errors, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data before its integration with Alsea's accounting systems.

In addition, Soffia facilitates the control of the flow of commercial approvals, keeping a detailed record of all transactions and guaranteeing the traceability of each process. Suppliers can consult the status of their invoices in real time, which optimizes communication and payment tracking.

The solution is also integrated with Alsea’s ERP, synchronizing data in real time and ensuring that information is always up to date. This is key to the efficient management of accounts payable and to comply with regulations such as IFRS 16, which governs the recognition and measurement of lease assets and liabilities.
